Coaching and Hosting:
As a Coach, I offer questions, reflections, and perspectives that are couched in experience gained from working with thousands of students and professionals from around the globe over the past 20 years. Having the space to just stop and dedicate well-facilitated (read: not wasted) time to your/your team's development is a key component to goal-setting, action-planning, and accountability. My eight year-old step-son can attest to the fact that I don't have all of the answers; rather, I believe that you have what you need to be successful, and I can help draw that out.
As a host, I bring experience gained from more than a decade in the service industry working behind high-end bars, in addition to countless story-telling hours around dining tables around the world. Anyone who has been there knows that something special happens when the food, the drink, and the conversation flows. Combine hospitality with intention and you've got the recipe for course after course of advancement.

With over 7800 deliberate coaching hours with over 4000 students and professionals from around the world, Chris brings a well-rounded perspective to the coaching industry. You can tell that he's been-there-done-that in his own way, but he understands that everyone has a story, and his genuine curiosity wants to know them all!
