About
With a focus on those in IT management, Customer Success, and Operations, I partner with individuals and teams who are willing to take risks, to quickly respond to the world around them, and bravely create change.
Additionally, my coaching supports those who are navigating the world of the F.I.R.E. movement and an upcoming retirement or lifestyle change. I work best with those who are ready to make big, burly shifts and who are ready to put in the work to make it happen.
Coaching is about getting my clients to where they want to be faster than doing it on their own. I focus on skills, strengths, values, and visions to create action and accountability plans that are couched in reality and engagement.

Partnership Types
One-On-One
As an individual client, coaching is tailored to your time, your personal and professional development priorities, and your accountability needs. To me, coaching is not a transaction; rather, it’s a true partnership.
Organizations
For organizations, I take the weight of coaching off of management and leadership so they can prioritize strategy, accountability, and goals. Let’s not fool ourselves, leadership is under more pressure than ever to perform, so having something taken off of the plate makes a huge difference. Let me help.
Team clients will enjoy tailored professional development with white glove hospitality in casual atmospheres that provide the time, the space, and the sense of community to reach goals faster and more effectively.
